Can't get rid of this trojan/virus

Hi Yahya,

I've been passed a computer which had various viruses and Trojans on it.
The owner failed to update his antivirus software.

Trend, Norton and McAfee found the virues, and various adware/spyware
programs have found registry and infected files. I've carried out various
instructions on how to remove entries in the registry etc but in this
instance whatever I do a file called okinr.dll comes back to the Windows
directory and the web browser is reset to read
res://okinr.dll/index.html~10213.

Any ideas apart from formatting the disk!

Prior to any fixes, make sure that System Restore is
turned OFF or the problem will continue. When the pc is
okay again, you can then turn System Restore back on.
