Can't get recycling bin to pull up at all!

When I try to pull up my recycling bin it states, "Norton Recycling Bin could
not be started." Any ideas as to what may be wrong. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

yeah right click and go to properties and look in there ... it'll say load
norton or recycle bin... look for open recycle bin instead of unerace

( right click on recycle bin, propeteries, then change to standard recycle
bin. then it'll open ur recycle bin)
