Cant get pics from camera

I have a Samsung digimax 301 and when i connect it, it is recongnized as a
usb device not a camera so it starts autorun and takes me to F drive. But
there is no photos or anything in there. I downloaded the driver from samsung
and still no photos. I tried to add device from the camera and scanner wizard
but it isnt on there. Can someone help me out?

When you see it as F drive and you double click on it to open it, you should
see a folder. Double click on it to open it. You will see another folder,
double click on it to open it. You should now see a list of files. Select
them and copy them to your hard drive.

Well when i double click the F drive there is nothing in the folder and i
know that there are pictures on the camera.

Ok i found a problem. I took the SD memory card out of the camera and took a
couple pictures then when i pluged the camera into the comp it opened the
digimax veiwer and the windows camera and scanner wizzard! So what i need to
know now is how am i supposed to get my computer to read my camera with my sd
memory in the camera?

If your digimax viewer opens, you should be able to use it to download the
picture. Click on File in your digimax viewer and see the options you have
there. You should have an option to download the photo files to your hard
drive.
If the windows camera window opens, you should also have options there to
copy the pictures to your hard drive.
Finally, if you see this camera as F drive, double click on it to open it,
keep double clicking as you see folders until you see a list of file. Then
select all the files (hold the Ctrl key down and press the letter A, the
file names will be highlighted in blue) and then look at the menu on the
left under File and Folder tasks and click on Copy. Select the folder you
want and the files will be copied from the camera to the folder on your hard
drive.

It does do that but what im saying is when i got my sd memory card in the
camera that stuff will not open up and drive f is empty i just cant get it to
work with my memory card in the camera. Im gona try deleting all my photos on
the camera and trying again maybe i have an error or something.
