cant get out of hibernate

I cant get computer to come on, keyboard and mouse wont work (not
wireless)screen says power save mode and i cant do a damn thing for 3 hours
turning off and on - nothing

Try unplugging it. If this is a laptop, you should also remove the battery
while the laptop is unplugged.
If going into powersave mode occurs on boot, you may need to go into BIOS
and see if there are powersave lockout options.
Finally, you may need to try booting into "safe mode" to gain control.
