Cant get onto laptop

I cnat remember my password so now cant get pass enter password, i only have
one user account so no idea how i wil get into anyhting PLEASE HELP!!

Or the manufacturer of the laptop as it may be BIOS based.

If it's the Windows User Account that's blocking you out, just reboot in
safemode. Then you can change the password.
