Can't get narration in slides when published?

I have training PP's that I published to the web. When I view it all looks
good because there is a speeker symbol at the bottom right of the screen. But
there is no sound... just this error... browser doesn't support this
function... the function seems to be "frame()"...

How can I fix this... need the presention with the narration in place on
each slide.

Also, give some thought to using the Closed Captions template I have on
http://www.pptmagic.com/downloads.htm so even deaf folks can hear your
narration.
