cant get my ProsavageDDR 266 to work!! can anyone help?

i just bought a new base unit and the ProsavageDDR is the video card
on the ASRock K7VM2 motherboard. trouble is, when i install the driver
in Win98SE the computer freezes up and various error messages are
apparent if it even boots up at all.

so for now i am stuck with 16 colours, which is pretty bad. anyone
know how to remedy this?
