CAN'T GET MP3 PROGRAM TO INSTALL

I HAVE A CREATIVE NOMAD JUKEBOX ZEN XTRA 30 GB MP3 PLAYER
AND MY WINDOWS XP WILL NOT LET ME INSTALL THE PROGRAM
SAYING IT IS NOT COMPATIABLE WITH THE WINDOWS LOGO PROGRAM
OR WHATEVER IT IS PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

It's probably best posting this question on the Creative Newsgroup or
getting in touch with Creative Technical Support either by email or phone.
I have a Creative Audigy 2 Platinum eX, and when I encountered problems I
found both of these sources to be extremely helpful.
