Hi,

What do you mean by "get mail from keyboard"? Can you put this a
different way, because as you say it, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

When you say that you log on, what do you log on too?

Netscape and Internet Explorer are web-browsers, not mail servers. Are
you talking about a webmail system, like Yahoo mail, or Hotmail, or Gmail?

Cheers,

Cliff

OK, the keyboard button is tied to a command that opens your mail
program. I'm not sure how this is done, and currently don't have access
to XP to try things out. I'd say that there is probably a setup program
or utility program that comes with your keyboard that is used to set up
keys, maybe in the Control Panel. It might be easier to get some friend
or relation to help you to check this out, rather than do it by question
and answer in the forums. Choose one who *really* knows what he/she is
doing though!

Did the button open Netscape or Internet Explorer or did it open another
program, maybe "Outlook Express"?

Did any change occur on 24th December that you know of?

Cheers,

Cliff

The Inbox is where the mail is kept. You need to access it with a
program. Usually it is Outlook Express and opening that would open in
your Inbox by default, I think.

Try Start==>All Programs==>Outlook Express and see if it gives you your
Inbox. If that works, post back here and someone may be able to help you
reconnect it to your email button.
