Can't get into the control panel

When I click on the control panel, my computer just
restarts back to the desktop again. I had the blaster
worm virus, but I thought I fixed that. Could someone
give me some advice?!! Thanks!
 
Can we assume you have been running your antivirus to scan
your system lately?

How\where are you clicking onto the control panel?
