Can't get into search engines

I posted about this earlier but I've narrowed it down to
the only search engines I can go to on this computer is
Yahoo and MSN. Google, alta vista, askjeeves, all of them
give me a cPanel page saying "There is no website
configured at this address." Also if I go to search
something on MSN or Yahoo is gives me a "This Page Cannot
be found". What gives? It's a brand new computer (2 years
maybe) running Windows ME with IE6. Is there any known
bugs?
