can't get forms and message board to work properly.

I have created a website which includes a feedback form and a forum. The
problem is that when you try to send a comment on the form or post a thread
in the forum I get error messages. I have set up the form to e-mail me the
responses and have set up a folder to house the forum threads. What do I
need to do in order to get the form and forum to work and send/save messages.

FrontPage server extensions are not installed on the host server. The
extensions are required for those FP web components to work, and you must
use http to publish, not ftp.

How to check and see if FP Server Extensions are installed on the host
server:
type in your website root URL with /_vti_inf.html ex:
http://www.mysitename.com/_vti_inf.html and you will see whether your site
has them installed and enabled.

Also remove all spaces (%20) from all file and folder names.
