can't get files on my pda

I have a dell ax51, It syncs ok but I can't get the calander or contacts file
to sync.
 
Have you chosen them to sync in the Active Sync options area?
With your PDA NOT connected to the cradle. Run ActiveSync.
Then go to Tools/Option and look at the Sync Options.
