Can't get Cannon Scanner DR-3080C

I can't get XP to work with this scanner. went to cannon
website and tried their updated drivers but it keeps
trying to push it to win 2000. any ideas?
 
Hello

Have you maybe considered giving cannon T.Support a
call am asking them about it, or on the website does it say
it will support XP.
