I installed a program that disabled the autorun feature on my DVD drive. How
do I get it back?

Open My Computer. Right click on the dvd drive and select properties.
Go to the autoplay tab and select the action to perform when a disc is
inserted.

Also:

Start | run | REGEDIT <enter> Goto
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom

Double click on AutoRun and make sure it's set to 1

One of the security shortcomings is MickeyMouse deciding to setup autorun on
CD/DVD ROMs. Imagine sticking a CD/DVD disk in your computer and it
automatically runs some application. That's plain stupidity and you should
be glad it no longer works.
