cant get administrative user account

my neice deleted my administrative account and set up her
own. however, her acct. is only a limited acct. how do i
either get my account back or create a new administrative
account>

Once you have created regular user accounts, the default Administrator
account vanishes from the Welcome screen, which you see when the computer
starts up. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice at the Welcome screen to retrieve the
standard logon dialog. You can log on as Administrator from there.

Enable Administrator account on Welcome Screen
