Can't get a width change to stick. Yargh.

I am trying to slim down the width of my report - I have auto resize set to "No" - but still, when I try to drag to change the width of my report, it just resets itself to where it was before. I've also tried changing it in the properties window to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Whenever that has happened to be it was because there's a
line that needs to be slimmed down to permit the report to
in turn be slimmed down. Sometimes lines have a way not
being obvious while in the design view.
