can't narrow report

Hi had an auto report generated by Wizard....and then have redesigned
things...but I can't seem to narrow the report.

When I pull/drag to the left - it just pops back to where it was (~8.5)...am
trying to narrow down to 6.5

There doesn't seem to be a control in the way to prevent from narrowing.....

Went to properties of Report and typed in 6.5 in the page width...but it
doesn't stick...reverts back to the 8.5 after I close and reopen...

You probably have a line (divider) between two sections of your report. The
wizard often inserts these lines right at the very bottom of the section.

Increase the height of the section and you will be able to see the line and
adjust its length. Once you have done that you can shrink the section height up
to the line.
