Can't get a second window??

Can't get a second browser window to open?? (This just
started happening...)

If I launch IE from the tray; from the icon on my desktop;
from the Start Programs listing:

The current window contents are replaced by the new 'home
page'.

TIA for any tips/hints/suggestions.

IE>Tools> Internet Options> Advanced... uncheck "Reuse windows for..."

If unsuccessful with that... are you using a pop-up stopper/ad-blocker
program, of some sort?
