Can't forward nor reply

I am a home user connected to the internet via an ISP. I have starting
receiving some emails that I can't reply to nor forward. Outlook simply
hangs and I have to use Task Manager to kill Outlook 2002 SP3Most emails are
OK, but specific ones have this problem. It only started about a week ago
