Can't forward imbedded pictures

I'm unable to forward emails with imbedded pictures through Outlook Express
using my Comcast account. I'm using Windows 2000. The recipient gets a box
with a red X through it or nothing at all. I saw a response regarding
someone with the same problem, but they use Vista. I cannot go through
Tools, Options, Security, because there is nothing that shows Do Not Allow
Attachments or Block Images. There must be another way, but I cannot find it.

This newsgroup is for issues dealing with the Windows Mail program.
Outlook Express is a different email program.
Try the newsgroup microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general .

Try Message | Forward as attachment and that will preserve the images.
