can't find wireless zero configuration in services

I'm trying to install Linksys wireless-G adapter, but to no success. Talked to 2wire and sony techs, but both directed me to wireless zero configuration in services page and it's not in my file at all. I need to reinstall it or what??? confused and tired. Please help??? THANKS!!!

Are you getting any errors, or are you not getting through to your access point

could you let me know if you've got your access point setup and you can see it's config pages by putting in it's ip address in internet explorer

Thanks for your reply and i tried to download linksys and getting no where. Sorry I'm just learning how to use my new computer which was given to me. I do know that i tried to install wireless zero configuration by going in to c:\windows\inf. folder and I can't even find netwzc.inf in there?!? So, I'm stuc
