cant find vista newsgroups

I have the link http://www.microsoft.com/mindshare/ but it doesnt tell me
where to find the newsgroups.

Would anyone know?

Since you posted using Outlook Express, then just reset the newsgroups
(to redownload the list) and simply enter in "vista" to see what groups
match on that substring.
