Can't find the 'SEND' button for emails in OUTLOOK%3f

Please can you tell me how to find the 'send' button or tab to send an e-mail.

I have looked in options and more buttons but cannot find it.

I am a new user.

Do you see any menu buttons at all? Click on View and scroll to toolbars,
check that you can see standard toolbars. You can also click on File then
Send.
 
did you sent up a default email account?
