Can't find server...

I can't seem to get in Internet Explorer & MSN....I downloaded a program a few days ago,It was EAnthology...I went to their support center & they was of no help...I uninstall EAnthology & still can't get into IE & MSN.....Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
