It was removed from the toolbar for Outlook 2003. either use the Tools menu
to open it or open Tools, Customize and drag it to one of your toolbars.

I have 2002. And I looked in Tools and tried customize. It isn't even there
as an option.

if you have 2002, it should still be on the toolbar - look in the over flow
area of the standard toolbar and show the advanced toolbar.

Otherwise look on the Tools category in the customize dialog. You can also
drag it off the tools menu and put it anywhere.

Thanks for trying, but there is no overflow on either the standard or
advanced toobars and I have looked in Tools, Customize as well. Id did a
screen cap of all of them and I'd send it to you if I could attach anything
to this email.

I answered your post, too, but before I read your reply to Diane that said
you don't have an Organize item in your Tools menu. If you wish to attach
things to your news postings, use a real newsreader instead of the web
interface that MS provides. It's so much simpler.

email the shots to (e-mail address removed) -

did you try resetting the toolbars?
