Can't find "Organize" on Toolbar in Outlook 2002

The "Help" for Outlook 2002 tells me that in order to automatically delete
junk e-mail, I should "On the toolbar, click Organize..."

However, "Organize" does not appear on my toolbar, and I cannot find it
anywhere else I have looked. How can I get back "Organize" in my toolbar?

Try resetting the toolbar to its default button settings -- right click it,
choose Customize, and on the Toolbars tab, select that toolbar and click the
Reset button.

try tools, organize if you can't find the toolbar button.
