I have a 70 year old brother who is two provinces away here in Canada trying
to learn to use a computer for the first time. He is trying to get his
windows mail to check his spelling. He's been a quick study, but today he
tells me that when he clicks on "tools" "Options" is not one of his
choices.....is there any reason or way his windows mail is set up
differently than mine and he wouldn't have access to his options button?
He's usually very good about following directions for a 70 year old who just
got his first computer 3 days ago and I had to tell him how to make capital
letters on his keyboard! <chuckle> Is he not clicking in the right place
( I think he is!) or could he really not have an options choice under
tools?????
