cant find notificatin for all messages delivered or read

i have microsoft office professional edition 2003, and microsoft outlook, i
cant find notifications for all messages delivered or read. I followed the
path, tools, options,email options, tracking options. and then select read
recipt or delivery receipt.----when i got to email options, the only choices
i have is email signature, personal stationary and general. There isnt any
tracking options. Where can i find the tracking options. i found the
notification for a single message.

It almost sounds like you're using Outlook Express not Outlook but I'm not
sure... What shows in the Help menu > About dialog?

in help it just gave me the path to follow, and i have that listed in the
previous post, and it is microsoft office outlook

What tabs show in your Options dialog?

i have under options, security, spelling and grammar, track change, user
information,compatilibity, file locations (greyed out), general, edit, print
and save

Those are the tabs in Word's Options dialog. You need to go to the Tools
menu > Options dialog from Outlook's main window not from an open email's
window (I'm guessing you're using Word as your email editor)
