Can't find MS Word/Excel in Start>All Programs

I cannot find Word or Excel programs from the list of Start>All Programs.
Microsoft Office folder of All Programs does not contain these programs. I
might have done left-button dragging-out to create shortcuts. I can,
however, locate Word or Excel programs from Microsoft Office folder of
Window Explorer. How do I bring Word or Excel program up again to All
Programs?

Easiest way would be to simply drag the icons into the Start Menu. Just
click and hold the mouse along with the icon/shortcut and position it over
the Start menu. Note that there will be a slight pause before the menu
actually shows up. Next, just position it wherever you want the icons to be
located and release the mouse.

This is not a Windows issue. You might want to repost this to the Office Newsgroups.

Meanwhile have you tried Help\Detect and Repair in your Office .Open Word or any Office product and select Help.

Control Panel > Add and remove programs > highlight Microsoft office >
choose repair > a dialog box will appear asking if you want to replace
short cuts.
