cant find info bar/i.e. sp2

i can not get the information bar on my screen. i went 2 tool bars but cant
activate. also when i unchck the google toolbar my earthlink toolbar goes
away & vis versa. please help

Have you ever been able to have all these toolbars and the information bar
all active at the same time? If yes, try using System Restore to take you
back to a time when everything functioned as you desire. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore/
