how do i fix this problem. The exe file still exists but when i open help and
support in the start menu it says can't find helpctr exe

Hi dj_vylin,

First, ensure that helpctr.exe is in the
C:\Windows\PCHealth\Helpctr\Binaries folder. If so, then open the registry
editor (go to Start>Run, key in regedit, then click on OK or hit ENTER).
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\HELPCTR.EXE
In the right-hand pane, ensure that the Data for Default is
C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe
If you need to modify the Data to point to the correct path, right-click on
Default then select Modify and key the correct path into the Value data
field. Click on OK.
Exit the registry editor.

Regards,
