can't find file

Hello,

I am trying to find the file hdplugin1015.dll. I did a search and found
where it was supposed to be. However, when I looked (C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded
Program Files) it wasn't there. I have "show hidden files" turned on in my
folder options and I turned on "show contents of system folders" but the file
still wasn't there. Can anyone help me see everything that's in the
Downloaded Program Files folder so I can delete this file?

Open a Command Prompt Window (Start, Run and enter CMD, then click OK). At the command prompt type in:

CD \Windows\Downloaded Program Files

Now you can use DIR and DEL to find and remove the file.
