can't find file c;/windows/secure.html

Not sure what happened but maybe after running pest
patrol and deleting all the pests I now get a msg that
system can't find the above file.

How can i recover or download?

assuming this is xp
start>run>msconfig, click on the startup tab, disable 'reg32.exe' press apply and then restart your computer. When you restart, change your homepage to what it should be and it should wor
