Hi folk,

My apologies for asking an incredibly basic question, but I'm stuck....

Whilst trying to track down some info, several possible links started with
the following message "Things to do warning. You are viewing this with an
unsupported web browser. This web site works best with Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.01 or later."

I'm not sure how to check what version of IE I am running. I've checked
tools in the support section of XP, and properties on the IE screen, but
have had no luck in finding the relevant details.

Advice on how to do this would be much appreciated. My apologies again for
asking what is obviously an idiot question.

abw,
Canna.

In IE, go to help | about.
If you're using WinXP, you're likely using IE6....

Lanwench,

Many thanks for explaining how to to check which version of IE I am using..
I've now done so and yes, it is IE6.

Thanks again.

Glad to help. Now, are you still having these problems? Might want to post
in an IE group - m.p.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.* - maybe they can help.
