cant find Business Contact Manager functions

cant find Business Contact Manager functions. From the menu bar is does not
exisit. But the folders are there and the data is there?Again I am new on the
and have a SQL background so I am hoping the I am just user stupid and there
is a simple answer to this :)

Hi,
Are you using Active Sync?
If yes, then please unplug the USB cable to your device that uses AcitveSync.
Reboot your PC and open Outlook. Business Tools menu should show up. Then
you can plug your USB cable back in.
If you are not using Active Sync, then please let me know what type of email
account you are using?

Hey thanks for the help. I am using active sync and its not via USB. I had to
run another fix and then the function has came back. All in all though I am
very thankfull for your help

thank you, thank you... all i had to do was unplug my usb cable and voila,
the function appeared (after restarting outlook). thank you!
