Can't export lateast Email from OE6 to Outlook 2003

Last night I installed Outlook 2003 and allowed it to export all my email
from OE to it. This morning I realized that no email after 12/14/2004 in the
inbox (the folders I've looked at do not seem to be affected) were exported.
I copied these messages to a folder and tried exporting them but they still
didn't get exported over.

Another interesting note is that 63 messages did get exported over but are
timestamped with the export date and not the real recieved date. These
messages were all from the same named sender "Earthlink" but from different
actual email addresses.

I should also note that my OE mailbox was massive (several gig), with
messages going back to 1995.

Any idea what could cause the mail from the last 2 months not to get
transfered?

Are you exporting from within OE or are you importing from within Outlook?
The timestamp issue is only there when you import from within Outlook.

I'm not sure if it's an export or an import. When Outlook started the first
time, it knew there was Outlook Express accounts and one would think that it
imported them however the time stamps for most of the emails are correct so
it appears that it forced OE6 to export. Regardless, it seemed to work for
everything except for the last month and a half of what was in the inbox.

I just tried exporting the inbox from OE6 and it duplicated all the messages
in my inbox in Outlook but still did not copy those messages after 12/14/04.

I just deleted my exchange mailbox and recreated it then exported all the
messages from OE6. It still does not export anything after 12/14 that's in
the main inbox. Other folders do not exhibit this problem. Why is this
happening?

Nevermind, turns out that there was a single corupted message lingering from
past problems that prevented the export from that message forward.
