Can't Edit in Subform

Hi Everyone,

I have a form with a subform, a one (form) to many (subform) relationship.

I can edit the data on the form, I can edit the data on the subform when it
is opened standalone, but I cannot edit the data on the subform when I open
the form (with the subform).

I've checked all the likely "Allow" fields checked to yes.
I'm losing what little hair I have - All help appreciated.

Have you checked the "link child field" and "link master field" properties.

Yes, I have, they are correct as the data appears in the subform, its just
not editable.

Just created another Form/subform for a different set of tables and $%^& but
I CAN edit the data in the subform - I must have something set oddly in the
first.

Well, I dropped the subform from the form and re-added it.
It works - hmmmm...........

Thanks for replying scubadiver...you gave me pause to think through the
problem.
Sometimes the answers are right there and by corresponding, since I work in
a vacuum, I find the answers.

A bit odd that. That is something that shouldn't normally happen.
