cant download/right click mouse

HELP!!! i cant download anything from the internet and i
also cant cut and paste from webpages.....anyone any ideas
as to whats gonw wrong?

Could just be your internet security settings that have
been changed. Tools->Internet options, and then select
the security tab. I notice that there are options that
disable/enable downloading, and also cut & paste
options. Have you changed the security level recently?

have you run a virus check? - the blaster worm can cause
a problem with cutting and pasting
