Can't download photos

I recently switched ISP's. and suddenly lost the capability to download photos from the various websites. Must I change a setting in Control Panel, or what. I'm Fairly new to this.. Thanks!!

Additional info would be helpful. Are you
unable to view the images? Are you unable
to save the images to your hard drive? Do you
receive any errors?
