Can't download MPEG files

I'm running Netscape 7.1 and can't download mpeg files or
wmv files. I get the message that "mpeg could not be saved
because source file could not be read. Try again later."
For the latter, it just displays gibberish. I'm also
running Spybot S&D. Could this be involved in some way. If
so, what can I do about it. I also can't access the
Internet Options on the Tools menu of IE 6.0 and suspect
Spybot is causing that, but I can't find what setting I
need to change in spybot to correct it. Any help would be
appreciated.
 
Go to SpyBot - Search and Destroy Immunize, and UNcheck the "Lock IE Control
Panel..." box

As for the download problem the files could be in an other server that you
do not have access. Look at the source code.
