I purchased a new computer with Windows XP and am unable to download (from CD) my genealogy program, PAF5. I get nothing. Do I need to disable any firewall or shield program????
PAF5 works OK on XP. Can you explain exactly what you are trying to
do - are you trying to install it from CD or copy it from CD or what?
What is the file name of the PAF file you are trying to install?
