Can't download for XP security fix

I'm trying to download a security fix through Microsoft
for XP but it says I don't have permission and have to
get this from System Administrator. How do I do that?

You log on as the local administrator and get the update. Nice to see
though that someone is apparently not surfing as administrator. Nice
pleasant change.
