Can't download audio file - Media Player plays instead

I am trying to download a business interview audio .wav file from a client
site, and the download box doesn't come up when I click the filename.
Instead, Media Player opens and begins to play the interview. If I right
click instead, the options are Open, Open in New Window, Add this Link to
Yahoo Bookmarks, e-mail Link to Friend, Copy Shortcut, Add to Favorites, and
Properties. The rest are grayed out (Save Target As, Print Target, Cut,
Copy, and Paste).

I have been reading other posts and can't find this specific problem
addressed.
distribute the work. Any ideas?
