Can't Do Counterclockwise Vertical Text Alignment in Report

I am trying to get a text control box to print
vertically. I can change to a vertical alignment in the
All Tab of the Properties menu. But that rotates the
text clockwise. I want it to rotate counterclockwise.
Any hints at how to do that? Thank you.
