Can't Display Requested Page error

I am getting the following message when trying to
download the latest software updates from MS... "Can't
display requested page..." [Error number: 0x80072EFD].
Can anyone help me resolve this...? I'm sure it is some
type of security setting I have or maybe a virus which
has deleted a necessary file..?
