Can't dismiss reminders for accounts, contacts, etc?

The reminders keep coming on automatically for all the business contacts,
accounts ,etc and even though I click on the 'dismiss' button it won't
dismiss the reminders. I even go to each account to remove the reminder and
yet there isn't one there. How do I stop it?

What version of BCM is this?

The current release for BCM 2003 is SP3, and BCM 2007 is B2TR.

Hello Leonid,
I have BCM version B2TR.
By the way, I can't get your link- "http://tinyurl.com/m4omy" to open.
Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Kurt,

I can have a look at your problem during Pacific business hours. Should take
a couple of minutes to resolve so I don't have to keep guessing what it is.

It looks like Microsoft has discontinued that program. Thanks for the alert.

Did you find a solution to your problem? I'm experiencing same problem.
Thanks.

Chuck,

I just helped someone with this exact problem.

It appears to be a showstopper bug in BCM and a failed SBA 2007 (final
release, not beta) integration. I'd like to get more information so
Microsoft can resolve it.

We solved the problem by creating a new database (file -> manage data files,
remove bcm db, add bcm db, create new db). We then successfully integrated
SBA 2007. Can you tell me what were the circumstances when you started
experiencing this behavior? Did you also have SBA integration enabled?

Please take a backup of your database AND an export of your database.
Business Tools -> Manage Database -> Backup
File -> Import/Export -> Business Contact Manager before you do this.
