Can't delete shortcuts

For some reason I have four shotcuts appear automatically
on my desk top. Gambling,credit,porno links etc.
When I delete them they come back. One which wants me to
buy privacy software opens automacally even when I am not
on line.
I need help to get rid of these,any suggestions??
