Can't Delete Rules in Outlook 2002 - HELP

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002 yesterday as part of a purchase
of an iPAQ. Unfortunately, Outlook did not upgrade my rules at the
same time. Now, they don't work, apparently because each of the
specified folders now points to the Calendar. I have a LOT of rules,
mostly to take care of spam. At this point, I don't care if I delete
all of them and start from scratch, but Outlook has no way to delete
all of them in one operation. Instead, you have to go through one by
one deleting them.

Here's the worst part. I start to delete them one by one, and after
deleting 10 or 20 of them, Outlook crashes. Worse still, it hasn't
really deleted any of them before the crash because I didn't OK out of
the dialog, but I can't OK until I've fixed all the rules because
Outlook won't let me. The crash behavior happens every time I go back
in to try again. Who designed this junk?

Anyway, I read somewhere that I could simply delete the .rwz file. I
tried that, but the rules are still there.

Is there anything I can do? There must be some way to delete the
damned things.

Thanks.

Bob

Thanks for the info. A couple of questions:

1. Where would I find CleanSweep? The article says it is on "the
Microsoft BackOffice Resource Kit, Part Two compact disk." I don't
have that.

2. Does it matter that I have Outlook 2002? The article doesn't
mention that the article applies to this version -- only goes as
recent as 2000.

Thanks again.
