Can't delete Outlook 2003

I have started to see a strange error with our deployment of Offic
2003. Some of our users can't use the 'delete' key after a few hours o
using the program. 'CTRL+D' doesn't work either. Anyone else seen thi
or know what might cause it

I've got the same problem, can't delete any email, need advise
